What you buy. A digital copy (a JPEG photograph) of one page of a historical record book, for your personal family-history research. You may print it, keep it, and share it with your family. Or, if you choose "Data only", the written details of one record as read from the page (no picture).

Pages being prepared. Some page photos are not on the site yet. You can buy them like any other; after payment we send the page to you by email within a few hours, and the download button appears on your order page as soon as it is ready.

Where the images come from. The images are the site owner's own photographs, taken in the reading room of the Archiwum Narodowe w Krakowie, Oddział w Nowym Sączu. The original books belong to the archive. When you use a page in a family tree, article or application, please cite: Archiwum Narodowe w Krakowie, Oddział w Nowym Sączu, the archive signature, and the photo file name shown on your receipt.

Not for resale. Please do not resell the images or post them in bulk on other websites or databases.

The name index. The names were read from 19th-century handwriting with the help of AI. Readings can be wrong or incomplete. Please look at the name line on the record page before you order; the page itself is the record.

Downloads. After payment each page's download link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Please save the files. Data-only records are shown on your order page.

Problems. If a page is unreadable or is not the page described, or a page being prepared does not reach you, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.

Prices. See prices. The price is set when you check out.

Privacy. We keep your email, order and any message you send us only to deliver your pages and answer questions. We do not sell or share it. Payments are handled by Square; we never see your card number.
